Meet Our Team
Steven F. Peters, D.M.D.
Dr. Steve is a graduate of Wittenburg University where he earned a BS in Psychology. While at Wittenberg, he had the privilege to be a four year letterman on the Tiger Football Team and also was an all OAC selection as an offensive guard during his senior season.
He continued his studies at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a D.M.D. degree in 1995. Dr. Steve Peters joined his father, Dr. Frederick K. Peters and had the privilege of practicing with him for 15 years prior to retirement.
Dr. Steve has been married to his beautiful wife, Megan for 20 years and they have four children: three sons - Logan, Weston and Dylan and one daughter - Peyton. His faith and family are what is most important to him. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family and exercising (specifically weight training). He is also an active partner at River Tree Church.
Dr. Steve's practice philosophy is to provide the most gentle care as possible, while serving his patients to the best of his ability.
Sarah M. Johns-Oliverio, D.D.S.
Dr. Sarah Oliverio has lived in Marshallville, Ohio her entire life. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Walsh University in 2001 and attended The Ohio State University, earning her D.D.S with honors in 2005. She is a member of the Ohio Dental Association and the Akron Dental Society. Dr. Sarah has been awarded the Carl O. Boucher Prosthodontic Award, the Award for Most Achieved in Prosthodontics in the Graduating Class of 2005 and the Award for Best Operative Dentistry Procedures.
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Sarah loves spending time with her husband Salvatore and their 8 year old twins, Sal and Stella. Her hobbies include long-distance running, where she completed the Boston Marathon in 2005. She attends St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, enjoys raising beef cows and spending time with friends and family on her pontoon boat.
Teri Monter, Office Manager
Hi, my name is Teri, and I have been the face at the front desk area for the past 31 years. I've enjoyed getting to know and help our patients with scheduling, insurance questions and financial arrangements.
I live in Louisville with my husband, Denny. We have 2 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy vacations at the beach and spending time with my family.
Sharon Walther, R.D.H.
Hi, my name is Sharon Walther. I was raised in Louisville and attended West Liberty State College, graduating in 1973 with my Dental Hygiene Degree. The same year I began working for Dr. Fred Peters and have been with the office ever since. I enjoy playing bocce ball, spending time at our farm and vacationing at the beach with friends and family. My husband Jan and I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Stacy Howard, R.D.H
I am a graduate of the West Liberty University Dental Hygiene Program. I have been with Foundation Dental for 15 years. I enjoy the relationships I've built and friendships I've made with our patients. Oral health is my passion and I love seeing people smile. When not working, I spend time with my husband and 3 daughters in Bolivar Ohio.
Heather Jackson, R.D.H
I graduated from Stark State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I love building relationships with our patients and helping them achieve great oral health. I have worked at Foundtaion Dental for nearly 5 years. I live in Louisville with my husband William who I've been married to for 18 years, and our 2 daughters. When not working, I love going to our daughter's sporting events and being with friends and family.
Janene Parker, E.F.D.A.
I started Dental Assisting in 1990, after attending Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I decided to continue my education at Case Western Reserve University in 1999. I've been practicing as an E.F.D.A (Expanded Functions Dental Auxillary) since 2000. I was born and raised in Akron Ohio and have 2 children that I love spending time with.
Pam Gimroth, Dental Assistant
Hi, I am Pam. I have 2 beautiful children, Jenn and Josh (yes they look like their Mom). My wonderful grandchildren Bre'Onna (Sweet Pea) and Boston (Darling) they own my heart! I have been a Dental Assistant for (gulp) 35 years. I started with Foundation Dental part-time around 2007. I started full-time in February 2014. I truly enjoy working for Dr. Steve and Dr. Sarah and love all my gal pals here.
Tracey Hargis, Dental Assistant
Tracey resides with her husband in Wadsworth with her two rescue dogs. She has three daughters, and five grandchildren. Tracey loves to travel and spend time outdoors. She has been a dental assistant since 1989.
